The update is that the ex who accused my husband of sexual assault, has now provided further evidence to the police.





Apparently she has shown them the texts where he threatened to ';rape'; and ';hurt'; her. HE says they were a ';kinky joke';. SHE says not.





The text actually says:





';I'll f****ng hurt you bad you dirty wh0re, fu***ng rape you good';.





Who will they believe?





His bail was extended but I don't know if it was due to the new evidence.





is this all normal?





Does anyone have ANY inkling of how this might turn out?

Look, I am answering this for the 3rd time cos you seem to not get it, he is out on bail while they get ALL the evidence together before they serve the book of evidence before a court with a jury. He is going to be having big fight on his hands and so far its going the very other way, she has all the evidence and is pressing the charges, he has nothing but his word, who will a jury believe in court, hummm??? Yes they will believe HER, so enjoy those last few months with your sexual abusing cheating husband seen as standing by him still, i really feel for you as blinded thinking he all innocent when he isn't, if there was nothing in it, he wouldn't being charged in the first place and wouldn't be left out on bail to wait for a court date.





I am law student in the UK, does not matter she got into that truck, does not matter if anybody got into same room/truck/car with anybody, as NO means NO, and if that was not listened too and there evidence then the person is going go down for it. there is famous case where a woman went into another man hotel room, saying she wanted some action but in middle chatting in that man's hotel room she changed her mind, he didn't see this, was all over her like couldn't image and raped this woman. he went down for good few years as he didn't listen and take NO for what it means!!!!





how would you really like to get that message, how would you feel if a guy wouldn't listen to your NO's and kept coming onto you, pulling at you, hand going down your nickers, up your top and forcing himself on you??? I am sure you would hate that feeling of powerlessness and scared out of your mind. just really think, take self out of the situation, look in at this by imaging if was somebody else marriage, and that married man sexually harassed this mistress due to fact couldn't back off and take no for what really means, bet have totally different out look on it!





just prepare yourself for the worse, it will be come local, he will also be placed on sexual register for sexual abusers so will have that title over his head always in life and you have to decide what your going to do, going wait years for him to get out of prison? going be on the move always as minute people will know he is in the area, your family be made to move out your home as others will force you out or be faced with his death some day! just face up he is going to court no ifs or butt's, this the end road, plenty evidence there and new 1s keep popping up, so get head around it and live with it!!!Husband bail extended while police collect more evidence, advice please?
I think you should look at your question and ask yourself why is your husband involved with his ex in such a manner. Clearly he is not thinking of your relationship with him in this kind of behavior. If anything he should be in a jail cell to ponder why is he paying more attention to his ex rather than you.
You should befriend Hope aka Hope has a headache she is also in the UK. Both of you sound like needy little doormat trolls! All of your problems with your husband and his mistress sound like you two are married to the same kind of scum bag.





He deserves prison you need therapy!
Boy that is a tough one, but I can tell you from EXPERIENCE, no details that it happened to someone very close to me and he went to jail for 6 years. if she said no, she mean no...

The texts speak for themselves - sounds to me as if he is going away for a while. Threats are treated very seriously by the courts as it shows evidence of a violent unstable nature which can be dangerous.

i would think if his bail was increased that they think they are dealing with some Predator. if he tried to assault her he could be in some real trouble. looks like he is in some severe trouble.

I have great difficulty why you would consider standing by this man. I suppose it proves the statement love is blind.


He is not good news.


He may not even get a custodial sentence at the end of all this and will be out there doing the same to some other woman and you will have to ask the same questions all over again.

If he is bleating and pleading with you at the moment saying what a terrible mistake it all is and how he knows this etc etc. He is bricking it naturally because he has been caught but I guarantee that as soon as it blows over he will blow again.....another victim will suffer.
