It's best that you don't date anytime soon. You'll wind up with a ';hero';, someone looking to rescue an abused woman just so he can take the abusive place. Get some counselling. Make sure you don't contact the ex.
Good for you!! Doing whats best for you and the kids is the most important thing. Kudos to you! Youll be fine, just take it 1 day at a time.
