You should suggest to him that you would prefer a more romantic setting, and just lovemaking with out the marathon foreplay. Even though there are a lot of women that would kill to be where you are. You should also let him know that if he wants his hour long foreplay sessions then he will have to do more than wash a plate to get it crackin.

Nothing makes a man happeir than a bowl of soup and a sandwich when he comes home. a homemade supper and some funny conversation is good foreplay. you both just need to calm down and all will be great. You and your husband need to find a compromise. He wants more sex and you want more help. Explain to him that you would love to have sex more often, but you are exhausted by the end of the day.
