both are from jamaica, he left last year on a visit to the usa and did not return. during period he has been very rude to her accusing her of having an affair with him. she has since ended corresponding with him. now he has retain the services of a lawyer and have written to her advising of divorced proceedings and have given her 20 days to responde. since not up to speed with divorce laws of usa, desperate for some good advice to give her. they have no children, no motor vehicle, no house, no joint bank accounts, etc. they have been married since 2002.Friend of mine husband ran off in the usa, now he sends her papers from a lawyer re divorce, advice welcome.?
