Where in the world do you live? I have never heard of a man being able to kick a wife and 3 children out of their home. Have you talked to a lawyer, are any of your children also his biological children, if not you could have problems, bless the little children who have to go through emotional pain caused by care less adults.

well if you were cheating on your husdand than you could try and talk it over with him if hes cheating on you than i guess that it is a very big risk!! But if you have kids than tell him to think about the kids and tell him to think about how they will act or be like when they grow up without a father let him think about that before getting divorced i think that the top first thing is kids!!
Talk to a lawyer. If you can't afford one, there are usually some services (Legal Aid, etc.) who can provide legal services for the destitute.





You undoubtedly have some rights in this case, but what they are will vary depending on which state you live in, and the circumstances of why he's divorcing you.
Maybe it wasn't meant for you to marry him. He probably was seeing someone else anyway.Take him to court if you didn't sign a cerain paper you will get the house and he would have to take care of you and your children no matter what. Put himn on child support also
