im 28 yrs old and my husband is 32My husband and I were trying to have a baby with no luck for almost 2 yrs of trying, any advice that can help.?
You need to go see a specialist in fertility. Make sure they check you for endometriosis and other types of things that will block you from having kids before you pay for expensive invitro fertilizations. Hopefully you will find a good doctor who will not be trying to make a quick buck off you. Good luck and ask A LOT of questions while you're there.

When asked how long a couple should try to get pregnant before consulting a physician about the possibility of fertility problems, nearly one third of respondents to AIA's survey answered incorrectly.
While one year of trying unsuccessfully to conceive can indicate a fertility problem for couples, one-third of respondents believed that number to be closer to two and a half years. And, another 18 percent believed that it was okay to try to conceive for five years before thinking they may have a fertility problem.
';These numbers tell me that couples are waiting way too long before they seek medical help to become pregnant,'; said Pamela Madsen, Executive Director and Founder of AIA. ';The earlier you see a fertility specialist,'; Madsen advises, ';the better your chances are for success.';

In short, now is a good time to consult with a fertility specialist.
I know that this may sound totally crazy and off the wall, but It works. My daughter, my neice and my best friends baby are living proof.
on the first day of your ';fertile time(ovulation), start to take robitussin dm (the cold medicine) and take it for the next 3 or 4 days. All the time that you are trying. It is said that there is something in the medicine that thins the cervical fluid and makes it easier for the sperm to get to where they need to get.
And Lying on your back with your legs propped up above your head helps. My hubby and I tried for over 2 years and we tried the robitussin method and it worked. We told my brother and his wife about it and their daughter is 6 months younger than my daughter. and My friends little girl is a year younger than her.
We believe in it!
Both of you need to go get check ups, one more thing after sex you need to lay in bed with your legs upon a wall for half and hour try it it works it's to help the little guys get were they want to get.
here my answer talk to you ob about anti throbin its a problem that your blood gets thick or something I had it. took baby asprin for 2 months and it worked but had to stay on it during the whole pregnancy but who cared it was an asprin. have a great son turning 2 in august
Relax my aunt and uncle tried for three years and nonthing. The spent thousands on fertiliy treatments and nonthing worked. Then when we took our annual trip to Destin, they were relaxed and calm and it happened. Without any help so all the money they spent on treatments was a waste. Now they have a beautiful 3 month old baby girl. Take a vacation relax don't think about it when you do it will happen and when it does it will be the greates thing ever. Good luck.
To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.
I have several friends who are in the same position. ';Trying'; can mean many different things to different people: have you stopped using birth control? have you continued to have sex when you feel like it, or have you been having sex every day for 2 years without any luck?
The first thing to do is to get specific and buy an ovulation kit and a thermometer. The ovulation test kit will help you guess more accurately when your egg will be released. You can buy these tests at any drugstore - they are in the same aisle as the pregnancy tests and condoms. Once you take the test, you can find out in minutes whether or not you are likely to be ovulating. These tests measure hormonal surges, and do not tell you exactly when your egg is released. However, they are a lot more accurate than guessing, especially if you are taking your basal temperature each morning (a slight rise happens just after ovulation) and examing the consistency of your cervical mucus throughout the month (slippery like egg white is a sign of ovulation).
Also, if you haven't already, be sure to keep a record of your periods, especially if you have an irregular menstrual cycle. Some women have a late period followed by an unusually heavy flow, and they may not even realize that they have had a miscarriage! So, start keeping track of your period's start dates and end dates.
At the same time, you should be taking the best possible care of yourself. Take folic acid supplements (just in case you do get pregnant), try to relax and sleep more (because it is hard to get pregnant when you are stressed), and if you do smoke or drink, quit (alcohol and tobacco are particularly bad for your fetus during the early stages of pregnancy).
If you have been using an ovulation test, tracking your basal temperature and basically doing everything you can for months with no luck, talk to your doctor about testing. You or your husband may have infertility issues, and it's important to find out as soon as possible so that you can seek treatment if needed.
Best of luck!!
I see you and your husband are having the same problem I had 8 yrs ago. I was trying to have a baby for about 5 yrs before I finally got pregnant with my first. Your body might not be ready to handle pregnancy just yet. You will get pregnant when your body feels ready to go through the life changes of pregnancy. Take your take and nature will allow things to happen on their own. Good Luck and best wishes on getting pregnant :) .
I know a wonderful doctor that will make your dreams come true of having a child.

Get your IVF-invitro fertilisation treatment in India .IVF treatment ,IUI,ICSI,artificial insemination and Laparoscopic surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges all types of medical treatment andsurgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as some of the surgery including ivf treatment is not covered by insurance.
They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your IVF treatment can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The doctors are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.I recently also read about a chinese couple facilitated by forerunners healthcare were able to get their baby by IVF and a surrogate mother.
my cousin and her husband got their IVF treatment in India through the forerunners healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She also got her eggs from a fair Indian lady arranged through the forerunners healthcare. She is a very happy mother of a baby boy now. Along with endometriosis, get checked for Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome. I have PCOS, but after many years, I finally got pregnant on a whim. Just relax, it happens when you are not trying. But both need a full physical and he needs his sperm count and mobility checked.
Umm i dont know how helpful this would be, but after the male delivers the sperm position yourself so your upside down, so no sperm gets out... but also prayer works in many good ways
